TMAC ai’s Limit Advisor automatically calculates optimal tool wear limits in TMAC based on peak limits and cutting workload, continuously recommending limit adjustments from real-time data. It adapts based on data history, from Initial Limits for new deployments, to Interim Limits as parts are processed, and finally to Complete AI-Based Limits using historical data for advanced predictive recommendations. Auto mode can update limits directly in the TMAC system as data evolves, while manual mode provides actionable recommendations for human review.
