Caron Engineering Promotes New Product Support Manager

Caron Engineering is excited to announce the promotion of Brandon Springer to Product Support Manager.

Brandon started with Caron Engineering almost 15 years ago as a service technician, installing and integrating Caron Engineering products, and training customers in the field. Through this experience, Brandon has become a specialist in Caron Engineering’s product line of CNC optimization products, which is instrumental as he transitions to his new role as product support manager.

“Over the past 15 years, Brandon has been my go-to technician (especially) for our larger accounts, due to his superior product knowledge and professionalism with the customers. Brandon always goes above and beyond expectations and his contribution to the success of Caron Engineering has been invaluable”, said Joel Tessier, VP of Operations for Caron Engineering.

As Product Support Manager, Brandon will be handling in-house product support for customers and integrators. Additionally, he will be responsible for testing new products and features, and providing new product training for Caron service technicians, customers & integrators.
